These programs seamlessly share information about your clients, fees, and costs and make it a cinch to capture time directly from Microsoft Outlook, documents that you generate every day, the daily calendar, phone calls, meetings with your client, while away from your office and on your mobile device. Going through the calendar, phone message slips, and client e-mails at the end of the week or month is a sure way to lose 15 to 20 percent or more revenue than you could have collected.
